Who should do this Course?
Contractors and tradespersons who are responsible for training apprentices or trainees in the workplace. The course will give participants skills in stimulating and motivating learning. The skills learnt should create an interesting learning environment by providing skilled mentoring and coaching particularly targeting the training of apprentices and trainees.
