Who should do this Course?
Contractors and supervisors who are responsible for the management of a construction project. This is Part 2 of Construction Project Management that deals with the project's financial aspects, such as project cash flows and cost control, and monitoring costs during the project. It also provides skills in the financial analysis of the project after completion to ensure best practice.
